Canadian HTC One Now Receiving Android 4.3 Jelly Bean

HTC has delivered the Android 4.3 update to HTC One handsets through all of Canada’s largest providers, including Bell, Rogers, Virgin Mobile, and Telus. The update includes both the highly anticipated Android 4.3 update as well as tweaks to Sense 5 and a handful of Bug patches, camera improvements, and other optimizations like Bluetooth 4.0 LE support.

Anticipation is high in the U.S. The popular phone from HTC had promised no update during the month of September, but that has now passed. With our neighbor to the north receiving the update today, as well as in its home country of Taiwan, it shouldn’t be too much longer for those waiting from AT&T and Verizon.

The Developer Edition of the HTC One already received an update around the world last week, too. Still no word on the update out here in Japan either.
