The BlackBerry Z30 has finally been announced and will begin going on sale in various locales beginning next week.

After what seems like an endless stream of rumors, the BlackBerry Z30 has finally been made official. The new 5-inch phone features a 1280 x 720 Super AMOLED display, a 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, MicroSD support, NFC, 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and the rollout of BlackBerry 10.2.

For now there are no specifics on launches as BlackBerry will be leaving that up to the individual carriers. It did mention, however, that the handset will make its way to the U.K. and the Middle East next week, and the U.S. could expect it through out the holiday shopping season.

Will have more on the Z30 as the launch rolls out across the world, but for now check out the video below for a bit of a closer look at the new BlackBerry Z30.
