T-Mobile announced this morning that the LG G2 Android phablet will be available online starting on September 18 and that pre-orders begin today. It will also land in stores on September 25. The LG Optimus F6 is available online today and will land in stores on September 11.
The G2 is LG’s latest flagship smartphone and is equipped with one of the fastest processors on the market, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, a 5.2-inch screen with a 1920 x 1080-pixel display, 2GB of RAM, a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera, a 13-megapixel camera and a large 3,000mAh battery. It’s a good choice for now, but some of you may want to hold out for Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3, which will also hit T-Mobile in the coming months. The G2 is available for $99 down with 24 monthly payments of $21.
Meanwhile, the Optimus F1 is a more affordable choice. It can be grabbed for $49.99 down with 24 monthly payments of $10. It has a 4.5-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 5-megapixel camera, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of expandable storage and more.
