Moto X - Front - Angled

U.S. Cellular announced on Wednesday that it is now selling the Moto X direct from its site and that pre-orders are now shipping. Anyone who pre-ordered the device is also receiving a free Motorola Boom headset. The phone will land in U.S. Cellular retail stores later this week, on Sept. 6.

Unfortunately, you can’t customize the Moto X for U.S. Cellular yet. That option is still an exclusive for AT&T, so you’re stuck with choosing the white or black models. The phone is available for $200 after a rebate and anyone who is moving from another carrier will receive a $75 credit toward the purchase.

The Moto X is currently one of our favorite Android smartphones, so if you’re on U.S. Cellular, you’d be making a wise choice in a new handset.
