T-Mobile Event July 2013 - 06

T-Mobile has been aggressively targeting everyday consumers with its newer plan structure, and now the carrier is ready to tackle the business sector. T-Mobile on Wednesday extended some elements of its Uncarrier initiative to business customers, with the new plans set to go into effect Aug. 26. Starting next week, business customers will have access to Simple Choice for Business and Simple Choice Classic, both of which give business customers more payment flexibility going forward, and the ability to dictate how much data is available to specific lines.

Simple Choice for Business is designed to allow businesses to make an upfront payment for each device, with monthly installments after that—the plan allows for five or more lines. Lines begin at $20 per month—unlimited talk and text, and 500MB of data is included—and go all the way up to $50 for unlimited 4G data.

T-Mobile’s second Choice plan is more familiar, bundling the cost of the device into the plan; again, customers can dictate how many lines and how much data they want for each device, with unlimited everything plans starting out at $70 per month. Plans start out at $40 per line, getting customers unlimited talk and text and up to 500MB of data.
