Sprint is now offering a purple model of the Galaxy S4 for $199.99 with a new two-year contract, in addition to black and white color options, in its retail stores and by phone. It will also be available online starting on August 16. The device offers all of the same features as the earlier models, but comes in a new color hue which Sprint is calling “purple mirage.”

The Galaxy S4 is equipped with a 5-inch display with a full 1080p resolution, a 1.9GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, a 13-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, expandable storage via a microSD card slot, a removable battery and 2GB of RAM.

We definitely dig the new color option, though as usual we wish Samsung and Sprint launched it earlier so that the first adopters could have the choice, too. For more information on the phone be sure to read our full Galaxy S4 review.
