Additional shots of Sony’s alleged Honami device have leaked, providing more confirmation the device will sport a 20-megapixel camera. Little is known about the upcoming handset, though the one rumor that continues to persist is the device’s camera, which will supposedly sport a Sony G-Lens. A previous report suggested the device would come equipped with a Xenon flash, though these latest picture merely show off an LED light.

As early as this week Sony’s Honami flagship appeared in FCC documents, so it’s looking like the device is well on its way. Manufacturers today are putting a huge premium on mobile shooters, and it appears the Honami will be all about the camera while keeping that familiar Xperia design—no Lumia 1020 camera bumps here.

One of the pictures, which was discovered on Facebook, is supposedly a sample of what the Honami is capable of. Unfortunately, the EXIF data was removed from the image, so the photo is unverified as a legit Honami sample. Either way, it’s safe to say the device will sport a 20-megapixel sensor; I’d wager it’s only a matter of time before we see an official announcement.
