Apple been on a winning streak for the past few days. On Wednesday the company posted its Q3 earnings report, beating Wall Street estimates with a revenue of $35.3 billion, and now Cupertino has come out ahead in Harris Interactive’s annual brand ratings. Based on a poll of over 38,000 America consumers, Apple was ranked best brand when it comes to mobile phones, tablets and computers.
Apple’s hat trick comes just a year after it was awarded best image by Harris Interactive in 2012, and also marks the first full year since Tim Cook took the helm of the company for this poll.
“Americans continue to give Apple brands strong ratings,” says Manny Flores, Senior Vice President at Harris Interactive, adding that “its Brand Momentum scores are in the top 30 of all 1,500 brands evaluated in the study, showing that consumers see this as a brand of the future.”
For computers, Apple’s Mac series beat out HP, Dell and Sony, in descending order. The iPad also came out on top, beating the Kindle Fire series in second place, the Google Nexus in third, Samsung’s Galaxy series in fourth and HP in fifth place. When it comes to mobile phones Apple once again took first, following by HTC, Samsung and LG.
