A leaked document published by Engadget reveals that several devices are about to launch in the coming weeks on the Sprint network. Apparently subscribers can expect a purple Galaxy S4 and a red HTC One on August 16. In addition, BlackBerry’s Q10 will land on the Now Network on August 30, while Samsung’s ATIV S Neo Windows Phone will be available on the carrier starting Aug. 16. The internal release date list was leaked by an anonymous source, and the dates could still change at any time. It’s still unclear how much Sprint will charge for the devices.
The Q10 was initially unveiled back in January and features a 3.1-inch display and a physical QWERTY keyboard. The BlackBerry handset also comes equipped with a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 16GB of storage upgradeable via a microSD slot, 2GB of RAM, a 2,100mAh battery, NFC, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter. Check out our full review of the Q10, which we gave a solid 8.5 out of 10 despite its puny screen.
Meanwhile, the ATIV S Neo, Sprint’s version of the ATIV S that Samsung unveiled at IFA 2012 last September, comes equipped with a 4.8-inch display, a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 2,000mAh battery, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.9-megapixel front-facing camera. The Windows Phone also features a sleek design that instantly grabbed out attention when we first saw it at IFA last year, making it a compelling option for Windows Phone 8 devotees.
Sounds like Sprint has a busy end of the summer planned.
