Samsung has a tablet or smartphone for nearly every screen size imaginable. In some cases, such as the 7-inch, 8-inch and 10.1-inch ranges, the company even has a few different models available. Now Samsung may me about to enter an even larger territory.

According to a listing on Zauba, the South Korean company is planning to release a tablet with a 12.2-inch display size. The device is listed as a “Samsung Tablet PC” with a model number of SM-P905. It’s unclear if this an Android device or a Windows 8 product, the latter of which would launch for the ATIV family of devices.

SamMobile believes the tablet will have a 2560 x 1600-pixel resolution and an ARM 11 processor, which suggests it might be an Android or a Windows RT device instead of a Windows 8 tablet. A full-fledged Windows tablet would use an x86-based processor from Intel. It’s possible Samsung will announce the mystery device during IFA in September, though considering the rate at which it releases new products we could see it well before then.
