Ever since HTC launched the One—an Android device among our top five so far this year—rumors have swirled around a smaller version. Reports claimed it would be aligned to slot in as a more accessible iteration, one that would come with a cheaper price and mid-tier specs. However, it would still retain what made the One so coveted in the first place: design and HTC’s great Sense 5.

The device itself is still unofficial, though HTC is trying is hardest to let us know it exists without actually saying so. In a very revealing tweet on Wednesday, the company’s UK account said it has a “little” bit of news for tomorrow, July 18. Popping right out of that polka dot pocket is what looks to be the rear of the device; it sure looks like the One’s excellent aluminum design is still in tact, which is good to see.

We’ve repeatedly heard the HTC One Mini would come with a 4.3-inch 720p display, dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and more. Additionally, we’re hearing the device could come equipped with 16GB of internal storage. We’ll be sure to let you know the final specs when the device is made official.
