Another Kickstarter project has announced a stretch goal for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita ports. The game in question is Liege, and it’s “a modern re-imagining of the classic 16-bit RPG.”
Dig into the original pitch video above.
John Rhee, the creator behind Liege and its Kickstarter project, says that he owes a lot of the inspiration for Liege to gaming on the PlayStation platform. Here he is in the Kickstarter update that announced these potential PlayStation ports:
The games I played on Playstation consoles, including classics like FF Tactics, FFVII, Suikoden, and many more, had a huge influence on the vision for Liege, so the thought of getting onto their platform is pretty unreal.
In order to make these ports, and a port to Linux, a reality, Liege needs to hit $52,000 pledged. As of drafting this post, the tactical RPG with a self professed quality in story and art sits at nearly $32,000.
Liege has 12 days of funding left.
