Official Vine App for Windows Phone Coming Soon

Buried in today’s Lumia 1020 announcement, Nokia announced an official Vine app will come to Windows Phone soon. Twitter’s neat little video sharing service, which recently introduced new features, has been a runaway success on Android and iOS. However, the platform took a noticeable hit because of Instagram’s inclusion of video in a recent update.

It’s unclear how quickly the app will be made available—Nokia says soon. Soon is good. Perhaps the app will roll out once the 1020 is available at the end of July; those short videos could potentially look pretty darn nice thanks to the device’s 41-megapixel camera. We’ll see! Soon.
