Verizon’s HTC One has finally passed through the FCC with the model number PN07310, meaning the “later this summer” release date promised by Verizon could become a reality.

The phone has already been available on rival carriers networks for nearly three months now, shattering the one month period it took Verizon to get the Galaxy S4, so why bother holding it off any longer? The approval means it is ready to sell whenever Verizon is ready.

The FCC listing confirms the phone sports radios for LTE (band 13), GSM (850/1900) and CDMA (850/1900), and also comes with the usual bells and whistles such as WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC.
