As we posted this morning, the Armikrog Kickstarter project was nearing its deadline. The game already reached its funding mark of $900,000, but with a few hours left, it was still short of the $950k stretch goal set just days before.
That $950,000 goal would let the developers make a Wii U version for the game.
Shortly after E3, Nintendo and Pencil Test Studios, the developers behind this potential game, spoke and the console maker expressed interest in the game and fast tracked the studio to become a Nintendo certified developer.
The Kickstarter has officially ended, and the Backers brought in $974,578 for Armikrog. That pushes this claymation based adventure game past the Wii U stretch goal, so the title will launch on Nintendo’s home console in addition to the PC platform.

Armikrog has an expected deliver date of July 2014. Hurry up and get waiting.
