Sprint’s back on the Windows Phone wagon.
HTC announced the HTC 8XT this morning, a new Windows Phone 8 device that will launch on Sprint later this summer for $99 with a new two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. The device features BoomSound speakers, an “advanced” 8-megapixel camera with an LED flash and an f/2.0 aperture, a 1.6-megapixel front-facing camera, a Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage, a 4.3-inch display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 1,800mAh battery.
The Samsung ATIV S Neo offers a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a microSD card slot for adding additional storage, a larger 4.8-inch screen, a 2,000mAh battery, an 8-megapixel camera, a front-facing 1.9-megapixel camera and more. It will debut for $149.99 with a new two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in-rebate.
