Samsung expanded its tablet offerings again today, introducing a new color variant of the Galaxy Note 8.0 titled “Brown Black.” The new 8-inch model is currently available online through Best Buy, B&H, BuyDig and Amazon, where it’s priced at $399.99.

The Brown Black Note 8.0 appears to feature a black bezel in the front with a metal band around the edge and a brown back panel. However, images of the tablet online only show it from the front. The only visible bit of brown is found on the accompanying S Pen stylus, suggesting that the same milk-chocolate-brown color covers the hidden side of the tablet.

The Brown Black Galaxy Note 8.0 runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Touch-Wiz on top, and features an 8-inch 1,280 x 800-pixel display, a 1.6GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory expandable via a microSD card slot. It also sports a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and Samsung’s custom note-taking software.
