Vine for Android was updated recently, though the application still lacks a major feature available on the iPhone. The service now lets Android users share Vine recordings directly to Facebook, search for users or specific topics via hashtag, clear the cache and more. Vine also said that it improved the sync between audio and video. So what’s the big missing feature?
Android users still can’t capture Vines with the front-facing camera — though that option is available for iOS. Hopefully it comes in the near future. Here’s a quick look at all of the changes:
This update includes:
• Search for users and hashtags
• Improvements to capture speed, quality, and audio/video synchronization
• Clear cache option available in Settings
• Other bug fixes and UI improvements
