Fable III Free on Xbox Live Before Microsoft Press Conference

Fable III

We’re not sure if this has to do with the Microsoft Press Conference later this morning, but Fable III is now available for free through Xbox Live.

You must be an Xbox Live Gold Member for the download to be an option. Not only that, but you must also be living in the United States because the download does not work out here in Japan. Behold the dangers a digital future holds for ex-pats right here.

Simply select to download the game and regardless of whether or not you have the usual 3600 MSP needed to purchase it, the download should work.

However, it is there now if you are interested. Give it a shot and let us know if it works for you.
