When Samsung unleashes a Galaxy Note III later this year, HTC will respond with a flagship phablet of its own. We’ve already seen early mentions of the HTC T6, with potential specs and everything, and now someone has taken it upon themselves to do a simple line drawing of what the handset might look like. As expected, it could essentially resemble a bigger HTC One.
According to the report, the device will be known as the HTC One Max, and come with a 5.9-inch Full HD display and 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor. Other specs we’ve heard are 2GB of RAM, 3,300mAh battery, BoomSound, OIS UltraPixel camera and dedicated stylus.
This early on, it’s likely the specs being tossed around aren’t finalized, but it’s not difficult to surmise HTC would stick with the excellent One design—but bigger! The HTC One has been a pretty big success compared to previous HTC devices, and it totally makes sense for the Taiwanese company to further explore an entire lineup to go up against the reigning Android champ, Samsung.
