Verizon Wireless said Tuesday that it will begin selling the BlackBerry Q10 tomorrow, June 6, online for $199.99 with a new two-year contract. The smartphone will also be available in stores starting on June 10.
Verizon already offers the Z10, the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone, but the Q10 should suit users looking for a full hardware QWERTY typing experience. The device is equipped with a 3.1-inch Super AMOLED display with a 720 x 720-pixel resolution, 2GB of RAM, a dual-core Qualcomm processor, an 8-megapixel camera, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat using BBM Video and more. Verizon will offer the device in black and in an exclusive white hue.
AT&T and Sprint will also offer the BlackBerry Q10. AT&T’s Q10 pre-orders start today for the same price and Sprint has confirmed the device will launch this summer.
