Gmail’s desktop UI has gone through some pretty drastic changes in the past few weeks, and now that Google seems to have the new design sorted out it’s time to bring it over to the mobile world where the first stop is the Android app, of course.
The updated Gmail Android app began rolling out earlier today and is reportedly available for some users via the Google Play store. The redesigned UI features the same five tabs Google introduced to help users organize their email inbox on computers. You’ll also get the new slide-out notifications.
Head over to the Google Play store now to see if it’s available for your smartphone or tablet.
