Sources at Geek are stating that Google and Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy S4 “Google Edition” today at  the I/O developer conference.

This new Galaxy S4 GE will combine the powerful hardware of the Galaxy S4 with a smooth vanilla AOSP version of Android, similar to the one found in Google’s Nexus phones. It delivers the best of both world without the hassles of a Nexus phone or Samsung’s build of Android.

Keep in mind that this is just a rumor, but it will prove itself true or false by the end of the day. If true, this will mark the first time Google and Samsung will be selling this kind of collaboration to the general public.

Geek‘s sources also claim that the phone will be available through T-Mobile and will be set to launch in June.
