The Silent Enemy, Papo & Yo Creator’s Next, is About Bullying

Minority, the developers behind the critically acclaimed Papo & Yo, have recently revealed their next project. Silent Enemy is in development now.

If you haven’t played Papo & Yo yet, I highly recommend that you do. It’s available on the PlayStation 3 as a downloadable title, and it recently released on the PC platform. The game tells a story of abuse from the perspective of a troubled child. It’s haunting, well told and builds an exceptional sense of understanding and empathy. Simply put: it’s great.

You can read my review of the PC version right here.

Minority’s next game, as teased above, is Silent Enemy. This PC and, supposedly, mobile title is all about the world of bullies and being bullied. The trailer features a bit about the game’s story direction, its art and the creators behind it. Every developer featured in the clip was bullied, and we’re certain that understanding of the subject matter will lead to an interesting final version of the game.

Seeing as how I loved Papo & Yo so much, we’ll be all over news of Silent Enemy as it comes.
