AT&T Deploys Online Scheduling Tool for In-Store Appointments

One of the nice thing about visiting an Apple Store is that you can create an appointment online and then show up and have your issue addressed right on time. AT&T is taking a page out of Apple’s book and is now offering a new online scheduling tool that allows its customers to schedule an appointment before heading to a retail store location. The company will address concerns from both its wireless and wireline customers.

To get started, simply head to and then pick the AT&T location that you would like to visit. Next you’ll be able to choose the topic of your meeting, whether it’s a phone upgrade or a simple app question, and select the time and date that work best for you. After you’ve completed the online form you’re all set and an AT&T representative will be waiting for you at the scheduled time, date and location.

AT&T also noted that you can schedule an appointment over the phone. We hope a mobile app with similar functionality is on the way.
