Google on Wednesday introduced version 27 of its Chrome Beta for Android, bringing users new features such as the ability to view your tab history on a tablet, and a full screen mode—also on the iPhone—for handsets. The additions add some very useful functionality to one of the best mobile browsing experiences out there, better mirroring its more popular desktop brother. The update also delivers improved searching inside the omnibox and client-side certificate support.

Google lists a few known issues in the beta update, but those will likely get smoothed over before an official consumer-wide release is out.
