by Todd Haselton | April 8, 2013April 8, 2013 10:00 am PST

Samsung announced yet another new phone on Monday, the Galaxy Win. It offers mid-to-high-end features including a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, a 4.7-inch screen with an 800 x 480-pixel resolution, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of expandable storage, a 5-megapixel camera and a VGA front-facing camera for video chat.

Oddly enough, Samsung’s Korean site already revealed the Galaxy Win last week, complete with photos and specs of the phone, but Samsung’s PR team made it official today with an announcement.

The company didn’t say when the phone will launch, or where or for how much, but it did note that a dual-SIM options will be available which suggests it will at least land in emerging markets where those devices are more popular.
