Sony Xperia Z Lockscreen Bypass Found

In what is beginning to feel like a daily event, yet another lockscreen bypass has been found, this time for the recently launched Sony Xperia Z.

Scott Reed, a tech enthusiast, has found a way to bypass the lockscreen of the Sony Xperia Z in just a few easy steps. Once your done with this bypass you’ll have full access to the phone and all of the data stored on it. There was some speculation originally that touching any app would throw you back to the lockscreen, but numerous reports are coming in that unfortunately is not the case with this flaw.

As security flaws go, this is a pretty major one, and we imagine Sony won’t waste too much time releasing a patch to fix this issue.
