Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two Announced for PS Vita

Epic Mickey 2 - PS Vita

When it comes to the world of poorly received sequels, Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two stands tall as one of the clear and definitive leaders of the last several years. The game, despite the names behind it and the brand it represents, failed to impress both commercially and critically.

In fact, Junction Point, the studio behind the project, was shuttered soon after the title’s release.

That doesn’t mean that Disney is ready to give up on this one just yet. They’ve announced, by way of the @DisneyMoviesUK Twitter feed, that Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is now bound for the PS Vita. Here’s the tweet:

We’re pleased to announce that Disney Epic Mickey 2 is coming to the Playstation Vita later this year!

While it’s great that the PS Vita is getting another game for its software library, I’m not entirely sure that its userbase wanted one that was so negatively received.

Nevertheless, Epic Mickey 2 is now set for the PS Vita later this year. Will you be picking it up?
