Microsoft Pushing Out Windows Phone 7.8 Again With Fix For Live Tile Issue

by Brandon Russell | March 15, 2013

After hitting an issue Live Tiles that had difficulty updating, Microsoft is once again pushing out Windows Phone 7.8 to those with older handsets. It’s been a long time coming WP fans, but they finally have the opportunity to take Microsoft’s almost-Windows Phone 8 OS for a spin. Windows Phone 7.8 allows users to resize their home screen tiles, and more lock screen options, among other features. If the update has your name written all over it, the newest version will bump your device up from version 8858 to 8860.
