We’ve seen several iWatch concepts, but this might be our favorite one yet. The latest mock-up from artist Martin Hajek, the same guy that brought us the beautiful iPhone 5S renders, shows off the iWatch on a leather band. Indeed, it’s the first one we’d actually feel comfortable wearing out in public, on a date or in a board room. Ok, we kid, we’d wear one anyway.
Hajek imagines the device showing the weather and alerts, likely pulled in from an iPhone via Bluetooth, but still misses what we think will make the iWatch truly groundbreaking: Siri. Apple’s voice engine could be used to call up sports scores, web searches, contacts and more.
The images are, again, simply a mock-up of what the iWatch could look like. Apple’s allegedly planning to launch the smart watch this year, so we’ll have to sit tight to see what it really looks like. Still, we hope the company takes a few cues from Hajek.
