HTC’s new sync manager software has been re-designed from the ground up with a ton of new features that should make it much easier to switch from older handsets to its new devices. Specifically, the new software will let iPhone users easily migrate photos, videos, text messages and other content right over to the new HTC One flagship smartphone.

It’s a brilliant idea, on HTC’s half, to create an easy solution for consumers who want to switch devices but might otherwise stay with another brand simply because it’s easy to back up and re-install old files. The software will run on PCs and Macs and will also support the transfer of files from other Android smartphones, and a few settings from BlackBerry devices.

The software isn’t available yet, but we imagine it will launch in late March in tandem with the HTC One release.
