Google Now, which is an enormous part of Android Jelly Bean, may make the transition over to your phone’s home screen, meaning the feature will be more accessible than ever. Discovered by AndroidCentral, references to a Google Now widget have been spotted in support pages for the Nexus 4, Nexus 10 and Galaxy Nexus, along with a single image demonstrating how the widget would look.

According to the support information, the widget will display “a summary of your current Google Now cards, either on a Home screen or on the lock screen.” The widget is clean and minimalist as expected and, per the support pages, touching a particular section of the widget will bring up that related card.

The support pages have already been pulled, but the secret seems to be out. With hints that Google Now might transition over to the desktop—and now this—it’s clear the search giant wants to improve the accessibility of the excellent service.
