Data Ranks Motorola Atrix HD as Most Satisfying Device in the U.S.; iPhone 5 Ranks Fifth

New data collected by OnDevice Research suggests the iPhone 5 is number five among the most satisfying handsets here in the U.S. The poll culled together 320,000 responses, asking owners in six different countries how satisfied they were with their devices; 93,825 total votes were cast here in the states, giving OnDevice enough data to create the chart you see above.

The Motorola Atrix HD, surprisingly, took the number one spot, while the Droid Razr M fell at number two. Who would’ve thought that Motorola would steal the top two most satisfying smartphones? Only one Samsung device made the cut—Samsung Galaxy Note II—while the HTC Rezound fell at number three.

The data is certainly interesting considering the iPhone was easily the most popular handset at U.S. carriers over the past few months. But, according to the data, the Atrix HD is a more satisfactory experience.

Among the most satisfying company, though, Apple took the number one spot, with Google second.Samsung actually ranked last, according to OnDevice data.
