Amazon is Down, Working to Restore Service (Update x2)

Amazon and you're done

As of this writing, Amazon is down; the homepage is currently producing a “HTTP/1.1 Service Unavailable” error. The company has confirmed to TechnoBuffalo that its site is experiencing problems, and that a team is working diligently to bring it back up. We imagine that’ll be shortly.

How’s it going for everyone else? Oddly, direct links seem to work without issue.

Update: Our east coast editor, Todd, said the site was live briefly just a moment ago, but it immediately went back down. After a number of refreshes on my end, the site loaded, but not fully. It seems service is slowly being restored.

Update x2: It looks as though normal service has been resumed. At 12:35 p.m. here in California, everything seems to be up and running. You can all go back to your instant streaming.
