Read the Valve Employee Handbook for Yourselves

For most PC gamers, Valve is considered one of the finest companies in the gaming medium. This studio is responsible for Half-LifeTeam Fortress and the Steam marketplace. Their vision and employees sometimes seem to guide the entire gaming industry.

People love them, and for good reason. It’s no wonder, then, that their employee handbook is so interesting.

Posted on Reddit by pwheslop, the full handbook is shown off in gallery form. It’s either the real thing, or a really great fake. Here it is, embedded below.

The last several times I’ve been handed an empoloyee handbook, I’ve gotten about three pages in before passing out cold (don’t tell Jon, Roy or Sean). This time, I was able to sift through every single page and chuckle or ooo/ahh the whole time.
