New Call of Duty: Black Ops II DLC Announced with Amazing Trailer

by Joey Davidson | January 22, 2013January 22, 2013 12:30 pm PST

The Replacer, played by Peter Stormare, will go ahead and take care of all the important things you should be doing in life. Why would you need a Replacer? Well, Activision and Treyarch are about to release brand new DLC forĀ Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Apparently you’ll be too busy enjoying the new content in order to, you know, clean out monkey cages or take part in the birth of your child.

The name of the downloadable content is “Revolution,” and it will include four brand new maps, a new gun and the ability to play as a zombie. I’m on board for the last one, that bit sounds sweet.

Whether or not you likeĀ Call of Duty, and I’ll be among the first to say that I don’t like it, this is funny. I’ve got to hand it to the marketing team responsible for this one…kudos.

“Revolution” will launch first for the Xbox 360 on January 29th. The PlayStation 3 and PC should have it in February.
