AT&T just announced that it’s pushing out Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to the Motorola Atrix HD beginning today.

Jelly Bean adds a ton of fresh features, including Google Now, which is an amazing piece of software that can keep you up to date on the weather, traffic, the status of a package you’re expecting, flight information and much more. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean includes overall speed improvements thanks to Google’s “Project Butter,” which focuses on Android performance enhancements, as well as Google Search, which we’ve found to perform just as well as Apple’s Siri voice engine.

AT&T said the update can be found by opening the phone’s settings menu and choosing “About Phone > Software updates.” You’ll need to have Wi-Fi activated before Jelly Bean can be downloaded.
