EA has begun porting some of its most popular mobile games to Barnes & Noble’s Nook HD and Nook HD+ tablets. Plants vs. Zombies and Bejeweled 2 are first on the list, and you can download them from today. What’s more, the company’s promising to deliver another four Nook titles over the holiday season.

Those are Real Racing 2 — one of the best racing games on mobile, in my opinion; Tetris, Monopoly, and The Game of Life. We don’t have specific release dates for these, unfortunately, but VG24/7 reports that they’ll be here over Christmas — just in time for the rush.

When EA acquired PopCap back in July, it promised that the company’s games would be making their way to more platforms quicker than ever before. And it wasn’t kidding. Plants vs. Zombies and Bejeweled 2 are two PopCap titles that have become immensely popular among mobile gamers, and I’m sure they’ll be a big hit on the Nook.

Are you looking forward to getting EA’s games on your Nook?
