4G LTE Fourth Generation iPads Arriving in U.S. Stores Now

Apple iPad 4 Screen

Apple’s iPad mini and fourth generation iPad launched on Nov. 2, but 4G LTE models of both tablets have been unavailable for in-store purchase. Now, Apple is allegedly stocking its Apple Store retail locations with 4G LTE models of the fourth generation iPad.

9to5Mac¬†first got wind of the stock, but said it’s unclear when Apple will begin selling the tablet. “Stores have been instructed to wait until word from corporate comes through to begin sales,” 9to5Mac¬†said. Most LTE-enabled iPad mini and fourth generation iPad units are expected to arrive to anyone who pore-ordered them on Friday, so it’s very possible Apple will begin in-store sales on the same day.
