HTC’s Windows Phone 8 journey will begin on Nov. 2 in the U.K. Prominent retailer Clove has outed information regarding availability of the Windows Phone 8X and Windows Phone 8S, the latter of which will launch on Nov. 15, a few weeks after its heftier older brother. Both will be offered unlocked — you can pre-order the 8X for 399 euros, or the 8S for 224 euros.
It’s still unclear when the devices are set to hit carriers here in the U.S., but it’s likely we’ll hear more concrete details following Microsoft’s Oct. 29 Windows Phone 8 event. A leaked T-Mobile roadmap from earlier this month suggested the device might hit on Nov. 14, so we’ll see if that date holds true. Either way, we’re not all that far from getting an extended hands-on with the devices.
