Google Nexus 7 BoxGoogle’s 32GB Nexus 7 is a done deal. Don’t dispute its existence, because the evidence is overwhelming. Given this fact, a source from Staples speaking to TheVerge is finally chiming in to confirm that the device is coming. Guess which day? Oct. 29, the very day Google is holding a Android-focused event in New York City. Finally. The source said that the retailer will stop carrying the 8GB variant, and instead offer the 16GB version in its place for $199. No word whether Google itself will phase out the 8GB version, or keep it around for a discounted price ($150 for an entry level Nexus 7 is a tremendous value). In any case, hold off on purchasing Google’s tab for now, because a nice little upgrade is on the way.
