Carrier billing is an amazing feature of Google Play; it lets you buy a game, a movie or anything else and then pay for it with your regular phone bill at the end of the month. Sprint currently allows it, but it’s the only carrier in the U.S. that gives its customers the option. Soon, Verizon customers will be able to take advantage of carrier billing, too.
The official Google Play Twitter account said on Friday that the functionality will be rolled out to Verizon in the coming weeks. The tweet specifically said: “Hey @Verizon Customers! Pay for Google Play apps, music and more on your phone bill. We’re rolling this out over the coming weeks. Enjoy!” Might we suggest starting by buying Rayman Jungle Run? Trust us, it’s awesome.
