The LG Nexus 4 has leaked so many times this past week that by the time Google actually gets round to announcing it, you’ll probably be sick of the sight of it. But we couldn’t help but bring you the latest leaked photographs of the device, which are by far the best yet.
Taken by Belarusian website Onliner, these high-quality images of the Nexus 4 give us a terrific example of what the handset’s going to look like — both from the front and from the back, and up against the new iPhone 5. According to the accompanying report, the Nexus 4 will be almost identical to LG’s new Optimus G internally, which means a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 display.
Externally, however, it looks completely different. In fact, the front of the device looks very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, only with a shiny silver bezel and a redesigned speaker. One thing that appears very odd to me is that the photo of the back of the Nexus 4 seem to show three headphone jacks — two at the bottom of the device, and one at the top.
Another thing that is a little surprising with this handset is that it’s currently running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, as opposed to Android 4.2. However, that’s expected to change before the Nexus 4 gets its official unveiling.
