Nike Fuelband

Nike announced on Tuesday that it will begin selling new “white ICE” and “black ICE” models of its Nike+ FuelBand fitness product on Oct. 31. The new FuelBand products will be available in Nike stores throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Previously, Nike typically only offered the product in select Nike locations in the United States and the U.K.

The FuelBand originally launched in February of this past year and allows users to monitor their daily activity. It provides a numerical score based on how active a user was and also offers information on the number of steps taken, calories burned and the local time. The latest model will work with Apple’s iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 and the third generation iPod touch (and newer).
