While Assassin’s Creed III has been the subject of a massive ad campaign and a constant, major media blowout, Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation has stood relatively quietly. A few videos and news clips have peppered the gaming industry’s landscape here and there, but the game still remains a relative mystery.
Ubisoft has elected to shed a little more light on the product with a brand new developer diary, which you’ll obviously find at the head of this post. Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation features the series’ first female hero, Aveline de Grandpré of African and French decent.
The video shows off a lot of information and contextual gameplay for Aveline. It also hosts a few Ubisoft developers as they say things like this game boasting the same massive scale as the console counterparts. Hopefully that’s a legitimate claim.
Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation will launch the same day as Assassin’s Creed III, October 30th. It is, however, a PlayStation Vita exclusive. Will you be picking it up?
