Android 4.0 ICS Rolling out to AT&T Motorola Atrix 2 Now

Motorola Atrix 2 front

Motorola’s Atrix 2 is no longer stuck running stale old Gingerbread. As of today, owners of AT&T’s Atrix 2 can now download Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It’s not Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, which is far superior, but anything is better than running Gingerbread at this point.

Enhancements include a new UI and lockscreen, the ability to create folders, enhanced notifications, a redesigned keyboard, better camera controls, an updated Webtop interface, Smartactions support, Face unlock, the ability to take a screen shot and much, much more. The update is being pushed out over the air now.
