HTC One X Jelly Bean Rollout Reportedly Scheduled for October

HTC One X Opened

Own the international HTC One X? Sounds like you’ll be getting an upgrade to Jelly Bean sometime next month. According to Paul O’Brien from MoDaCo, HTC is planning to rollout the update in October to all One X devices, including those offered by carriers. Unfortunately, we’re pretty sure this applies only to the international HTC One X instead of the dual-core Snapdragon model sold by AT&T in the United States. Still, O’Brien surmises that the rollout will be complete by Christmas.

If HTC does indeed begin the update next month, we wouldn’t be surprised to see AT&T’s model updated by the holidays. It shouldn’t take too┬álong for the carrier to approve the update once it shows it’s up to snuff in European markets.
