A new RAZR-branded handset equipped with LTE is reportedly on its way to Verizon. Equipment guide screenshots acquired by Engadget show off what is being called the Motorola DROID RAZR M 4G LTE (mouth full, ugh), a device that looks more in line with AT&T’s attractive Atrix HD. In addition to a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced display, the device will come equipped with a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, Android 4.0, NFC, 1GB RAM, 8-megapixel rear cam (3-megapixel front), full GSM/ UMTS / HSPA+ global roaming and 8GB of internal storage with microSD support. Not bad, not bad at all. Motorola has an event planned for Sept. 5, so it’s likely we’ll hear more about the RAZR device alongside what we also hope is more information on the RAZR HD as well.
