Google’s $199 Nexus 7 tablet is now making its way around Europe. It’s been available in the United Kingdom since June 17 — just four days after launching in the United States — and now it’s coming to France, Germany and Spain.
This is the first time Google’s debut tablet has expanded its reach since that initial launch. The 7-inch device, which is manufactured by Asus, is now available in seven countries worldwide, including Australia and Canada.
European pricing is set to match that seen in the U.K., according to Android Central, with the two variants priced at €199 (approx. $249) and €249 (approx. $312) for 8GB and 16GB of storage respectively. Orders are currently shipping within 3-5 days from Google Play.
